Sample & Branding
Colourway, logo print, app skin and packaging dielines are proofed. Golden samples are sealed and retained for later production comparison.
Stage 03 · 25–35 days
Production & QC
SMT, assembly, ageing test, pairing test and AQL inspection. A per-batch QC report accompanies every shipment.
Stage 04 · Ongoing
Launch & Aftercare
Firmware updates, manual localisation, spare parts and help-centre escalation keep the SKU healthy long after the first container lands.

Questions Purchasing Teams Ask Us First
Yes. We support private-label OEM builds on existing Oaxis platforms as well as full ODM development. Scope can include industrial design, firmware customisation, mobile app skinning, multilingual packaging and localised user manuals.
Products are engineered for CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH and Bluetooth SIG qualification. Region-specific approvals such as UKCA, TELEC (Japan), KC (Korea) and NCC (Taiwan) can be arranged according to project scope, with test reports supplied to the buyer.
Repeat orders of standard SKUs typically ship 25–35 days after order confirmation. New colourways, custom logos or bespoke packaging usually add 10–15 days for tooling, golden-sample approval and print proofing.
Oaxis develops and maintains its own iOS and Android companion apps, with scheduled firmware releases and OS-compatibility updates. Partner-specific app skins are versioned alongside the core release so features stay aligned.
A standard 12-month limited warranty applies, supported by a spare-parts programme, a documented RMA workflow and an online help centre where end users can find manuals and troubleshooting guides in several languages.
Current documentation lives in the User Manuals and Apps sections of this site, while technical escalations and warranty cases are handled through the Oaxis help centre. Datasheets for pipeline models are shared on request.
